The Gateways attach
directly or through Fibre Channel switch to the Hitachi
Lightning 9900™ Series and Lightning 9900 V Series as well
as the Thunder 9570V™ and Thunder 9580V™ storage
systems. Every Gateway offers the option of a
high-availability clustered configuration, and comes
equipped with the NetApp Data ONTAP operating system and
optional software.
